Rates

Water – Monthly

Water OMR (operations, maintenance & repair fee) Fee – $11.34 per month.
Water Service Rate – $9.00 per 1,000 gallons
Debt Service Fee (water tower) – $6.19 per month – see projects tab for explanation
Capital Improvement & Debt – $2.00
Water Plant Debt Service – $12.00

Service Disconnection Fee – $50.00
Service Reconnection Fee – $100.00 from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. If a customer has received a delinquent notice and is requesting to be reconnected Outside of the hours 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM, there will be an Additional charge of $200.00 added to their account.

Lien Charge – $100.00 Late Payment Penalty – Monthly penalty of 5.0% on balance
Water Meter Testing Fee – $20.00
Returned Check Fee – $25.00 Door Hanger, Non-Compliance – $10.00
Account Deposit – $100.00
New Construction Water Connection Fee is $2,950, which includes the following:
Water Connection $550.00
Water Connection Reserve Fee $2,400.00

Single Instance Fees

Single Instance Fees Lien Charge – $100.00
Late payment penalty – A monthly penalty of 5.0% on balance.
Returned Check Fee – $25.00, Account Deposit – $100.00
New Construction Sewer Connection fee is based on tank size, plus the Reserve Fee as follows:
New Sewer Connection Fee Connection Service Fee – $4,900.00 for 7 ft. unit, $5,800.00 for 10 ft. unit, $6,250.00 for 12 ft. unit.
New Sewer Connection Reserve Fee – $2,600.00.
If a Bore is required to access the main line across the road, there will be an additional Connection Service fee of $700.00.
